I can't believe another month has come and gone already. Well here are some of our fun adventures we had in September. We started off the month by going up to the zoo. It was fun because they had most of their baby animals out so you could see them. Phoenix has learned a lot of animals noises by going to the zoo.
I recently got called to be the Mother's group leader. Basically I get to plan fun activities to do with the other moms in the ward. For one activity we went to Thanksgiving point and went to their farm country. Phoenix loved running around and seeing all the animals. He of course loved the cows and horses. There was a fun pony ride that Phoenix was scared to death of. He refused to go on the pony!! It was pretty funny considering that is all he would point to.
Of course with September it also means the beginning of football season. We were so excited for our home opener against Florida State. Unfortunately it was a disappointing game and we lost and we lost bad. But luckily BYU has won all the other games including the home games since then. It was a lot of fun because we got to take Phoenix to second BYU game this year. He of course loved football and would yell it quite frequently. He soon got bored with his parents and decided to flirt with some girls in front of us. Of course all the girls fell in love with Phoenix and took him right in their arms and played with him all the rest of the game.
My family also did family pictures this month. They are currently in the editing process but here are just a few.

Phoenix has also showed interest in many things. One of the has been learning how to potty train. So one day he decided he was going to show us what a big boy he was and sit on the potty. The result ended up wet and hilarious.
He has also like to practice being a big brother with his cousin Boston. He loves to hold Boston and rub his head. He thinks it is cool to give head massages and who can argue with that.
Also this month my sister Melissa got nominated for home coming royalty so we went to a football game to see if she was Queen or not. She ended up getting 1st attendant, she lost Queen by literally 2 points. But all her nephews, including Phoenix, were so proud of her and handed her a rose for all her hard work. She looked gorgeous and it was a lot of fun.
We also got to go to our 20 week ultrasound this month and got to see baby Reagen. She loves to sit Indian style. She is also strong, healthy and looks perfect. She moves around so much now and you can start to finally see it. So that was fun, they also said there is no denying that this is definitely a little baby girl.

Steve-Well as you can imagine he is super busy. He has been working full time and in school full time. He so amazing at how hard he works in life. He loves his classes. He is currently in a psych class where they come up with a hypothesis of a study and perform that study on students to see if their hypothesis is right. His is on motivation for school is external (for parents, status) or internal (for you and your future). It is pretty cool to help him and learn more about it.
Phoenix-He is a growing little guy. His two year check up (yes I did it late but we were so busy) showed he is one of the biggest two year old you will meet. He weighs a whopping 34 lbs and is 37 1/2 inches tall. That is literally more than half a me!! He loves to talk and is learning new words every day. He loves to sing primary hymns and thanks to Grandma Pranger has the cds to listen to so he can learn even more.
Whitney- I am doing great. I am glad to be fully in my second trimester and to be feeling normal. I love food and it is great that it loves me back. I also got to enjoy doing some senior pictures for my sister Melissa. They turned out wonderful and any excuse to pick up my camera is a bonus for me. I also pulled all three of our pumpkins out of garden and we will have to take pictures because we have one pumpkin that was GINORMOUS!! I have also been working on getting Phoenix's big boy room all ready for him so we can make the transition out. I think he will do great he loves being in that room already so we will see how it goes!! Here are some of the senior pictures I took of Melissa.

Your short hair looks great, Whitney. And of course you are still a fabulous photographer!
Phoenix is probably bigger than Junior (and he's almost 3!). It's always fun to hear what you guys have been up to. Let's plan that family reunion in Texas! We're all for it!! Love you all!
Love seeing the pictures, so glad you post them. Phoenix is as cute as ever and I loved seeing him in action. Glad you are feeling better and you are looking wonderful BTW. Beautiful family pictures! When did Katie become a blond?!
Love, Mom B.
