The Baker Bunch

Well another month has come and gone. We were blessed to have a lot of fun events happen this past month. We first started off by celebrating my brother Spencer's birthday. We were able to go out to Brick oven for a great lunch. We had a ton of fun catching up with all of our family and friends.


Then since fall has hit I decided it would be fun to take Phoenix out to see the ducks one last time. We also have had a ton of fun with all the leaves falling on our ground. Phoenix loves to run through them and to throw them around. So we have had a blast playing outside while we can.

Next we were off to a pumpkin patch. We went with some of our friends to a pumpkin patch. You take a hay ride out there and back. There were a ton of pumpkins and Phoenix loved jumping on every single one. Since we were able to grow two of our own pumpkins we wanted to get on that Phoenix could carve with Grandpa Pranger and also with us. Phoenix wasn't to interested in the whole carving thing but loved hanging out with Grandpa and loved showing off his pumkin!!

We were excited to do family pictures. We were able to get my whole side of the family together to take some amazing pictures of all of us. I think they colors were perfect and we couldn't have asked for anything better.

Just a week before Halloween we decided it was time to finally carve the rest of our pumpkins. We went up to Grandma and Grandpa Pranger's house to carve pumkins. We had a ton of fun doing all our pumkins and Phoenix loved playing with his cousin Colton.

Then the big event arrived. It was Halloween!! Phoenix had a fun filled day. First he was off to have lunch with Grandma, Aunt Katie, and cousin Teagan. Then we were off to go and See Grandpa. Phoenix even go to go on a ride on Grandpa's tractor. Next we went to go see Daddy at work. Steve had two costumes that day. For his work he was Bronco Mendenhall. They were able to get a big group together and won $100.00. So he was pretty excited for that. Then as a family we were the jungle family. Phoenix loved trick or treating with all his grandparents, uncle, aunts and cousins.


Steve....
He is doing great. He just got done with midterms and can't believe he is halfway done. He is loving his classes more and more as he keeps learning. He was also excited that mowing was done. But then another opportunity came up for us to rake up some leaves. So he is excited that we can do that.

Phoenix....
Well he is a jibber-jabber. He loves to talk to everyone. Even though he isn't putting a lot of words together he loves to try. He is now saying, hi, bye, mom, dad, up, and he will sign please. So we are excited for that. He is still running around like crazy which is fun.

Whitney....
Well I am doing wonderful. I am just getting ready for winter to hit and finding new and fun things for Phoenix to do around the house. It has also been fun for me to rake the leaves with Steve. We are grateful for all the blessings that keep coming our way.
