Dear Friends and Family,
We hope that this Christmas season is as joyous for you as it has been for us. This year has brought many wonderful changes and lots of fun activities that we have done.
We had many activities this year. Some of them include our yearly trip to Idaho where we spent time with Steve’s parents and family. We also got to take the kids swimming in the summer. Thanks to our zoo passes we spent many days at the zoo enjoying the animals. The kids have enjoyed going to the theatre to watch movies. We have gone to rodeos, parks, games, and just had fun this year.
Steve is still in school at BYU he is finishing up his bachelors degree and will graduate this year. He was requested to be on a project at school by a professor and has thoroughly enjoyed being so involved. He is still working with Intermountain healthcare and loves his job. Steve has loved how Phoenix is getting more into sports and constantly wants to play football, catch, or baseball with his dad. He also loves how Reagan loves to cuddle him; she has him wrapped around her little finger.
Whitney is still staying at home with the kids and loves it. She has loved having a little girl who loves to cuddle her mom. She has also enjoyed doing an at home preschool with Phoenix. It has been fun to see her kids learn and grow and knowing she taught them so many things. She is still doing photography on the side for fun. She has had fun learning some new tricks and playing around with her camera.
Phoenix has grown up so much this year he is now three years old. If you ask him he will tell you that he is “free yrs old” while holding up two fingers on his hand. He started doing at home preschool as well as going to a regular preschool as well. So two days a week he is gone for a couple hours and loves being with kids his age. He loves to play games and keeps us on our feet. Constantly surprising with us with what he knows and what he says we stay pretty entertained.
Reagan is now ten months old and getting older every day. I would say she is getting bigger but she is still so tiny. She currently weighs in at 14 lbs. She loves to babble all the time and is trying to stand and walk. She is so fond of her older brother and is always playing with him. Luckily he loves to play with her and is very protective of her too. She is very adventurous and loves to explore and have fun.
