This baby sure does love her cuddles. It doesn't matter who it comes from she just loves to be held and loved.
And once again.... like any other month.... we were off to a day at the zoo. So instead of writing about it again I'll let you enjoy the pictures.
My dad had emailed Reagan a couple months ago and wanted to take her out on a date. So I took her into town to meet up with Grandpa. She had no idea what they were going to do she was just excited to spend time with Papa. He took her out to Disney on Ice. They got to sit in the very front row! She was in heaven. It was also cool because while at Disney at Ice they met Noelle Pikus Pace who won the silver medal in skeleton at the Olympics. Although Reagan was more interested in what was going on around her than the Olympian.
We have also spent a lot of these days going outside when it is warm enough. It is fun going to parks and letting the kids have run like crazy!
So Kaylin decided to make a couple big milestones this month. She learned how to sit up and how to army crawl. We are in trouble now. She is going like crazy and is loving it. She can reach her toys with more ease and can go and grab the toys she wants. It is really funny to watch her army crawl. She does this half roll while pushing herself as far forward as her legs will let her and then start the process all over until she gets where she wants.
This month we also had to do a couple upgrades. So our laptop decided to spark itself a little fire and no longer work. So it was time to upgrade to a new computer. It is nice having a home computer but sometimes we miss the portability in a laptop. But I am loving the clarity and more options I have on this computer. We also had to do another fix on Steve's car. He went to the blue man group concert with my dad and sisters. After the concert his car decided it did not want to start at all. So we got it towed to a repair shop and got a whole new fuels system. And now it loves us.
This little one has decided that she likes to un-swaddle herself while she is sleeping. Such a peaceful sleeper.
Reagan was pretty excited because we needed to get her a new car seat. The other one expired and she couldn't wait to get one that was more girly. Now she thinks she is one cool chick!
Steve- He is doing good. This month was full of way to much work for him. For about three weeks he had people at his work have to go home early which made for 50+ work weeks for him. We were very grateful by the end that he took a day off so we can enjoy some daddy time. He also has been enjoying his new tools and is already putting them to use building and fixing things around the house.
Whitney- I am constantly staying busy. Between soccer, dance, crawling, play dates, and life I am constantly at a go. I also have enjoyed starting to work out even more. In addition to my zumba that I do once a week I also have started walking 2-3 miles almost every day. It is nice to get those good endorphins.
Phoenix-He is thriving as usual. He loves playing soccer. He has also become quite the reader. His school did a 100 book challenge where you read 100 books. Phoenix is up to 250 books read since this challenge and you can tell what a difference it has made. He can't wait to read and mark it down on his list.
Reagan- She is just growing up like crazy. She likes to think that she is such a big girl and likes to try and get into my makeup and hair stuff. She also is learning a lot lately. I constantly finding her try to count things and try and read too..... although it is mostly made up stories... at least she is trying.
Kaylin- Well like you read she is now sitting and army crawling. She also had a nasty sinus infection this month. We also learned that she has allergies. So now she has to take medications until they clear up. Poor thing but at least it makes it so she isn't so miserable. But other than that she is growing so quickly and is 7 months old.
